Any engagement is governed by a separate written mandate or engagement letter that prevails over these terms in case of conflict. Nothing on this Site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation or commitment capable of acceptance, and no engagement or fiduciary relationship arises until a written mandate is signed by both parties.
Information on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, valuation or investment advice, and must not be relied upon as such. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The parties may first seek to resolve disputes amicably, and may refer them to arbitration at Chennai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, with one arbitrator.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
