By submitting an enquiry or using the Site, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described here. If you provide information about another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so. For visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, processing is additionally subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR. Our lawful bases include your consent (for analytics cookies), performance of a contract (where you engage us), and legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and improving the Site).
When you submit an enquiry, book a consultation or request a shortlist, we collect the details you provide: name, company, work email, phone, user type, service and location of interest, budget or size, timeline and message. We may also collect technical and usage data automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring URLs, through cookies and analytics.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide the advisory, verification or execution services you request, perform our contractual and legal obligations, maintain security, and improve the Site. We process personal data on the lawful bases of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests and compliance with law. We do not sell your personal information.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies (security tokens, Cloudflare Turnstile challenge) are always active and do not require consent. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept via the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you choose to upload property documents for diligence review, they are used only for that purpose and handled in confidence. A non-disclosure agreement can be executed on request before any sensitive documents are shared. Do not upload documents you are not authorised to share.
We may share information with our staff and professional advisors (including independent legal counsel and surveyors) engaged on your mandate, with service providers who host or support the Site under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law, regulation, court order or to protect our rights. We do not disclose client identities, which are held under NDA.
We retain enquiry and engagement data for as long as needed to serve your mandate, satisfy legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; however, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is fully secure, and you share information at your own risk.
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and (where applicable) the EU/UK GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, updating of, portability of, restriction of processing of, or erasure of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any event within the timeframes required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
Your data may be processed outside India and the EEA by our service providers, including Google (analytics), Mapbox (maps) and Cloudflare (security). These transfers rely on standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or other safeguards recognised under the GDPR. Within India, transfers are governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
